By using any Mobile First Studio app or product, you agree to the following terms.
When you purchase a Mobile First Studio product, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use that product for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish our products or their underlying code.
Our apps are provided "as is." While we work hard to keep them functional and bug-free, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any data loss, though we provide backup tools (export/import and optional Google Drive sync) to help you protect your information.
You retain full ownership of any data you enter into our apps. We do not claim any rights to your personal planner, tracker, or backup data.
You agree not to use our apps for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the apps or interfere with other users' access to them.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
